All products on DeluxeVanity.com have been carefully selected to be transported by a specific shipping method in order to provide you with the best overall delivery experience.
We will notify you via e-mail when your order ships with a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your order online or by phone with the specified carrier. Most freight carriers can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. At present time, we are only able to ship orders to destinations in the lower 48 States.
Delivery Estimates and Availability
Every bathroom vanity purchased on DeluxeVanity.com has an estimated lead time, which constitutes the number of business days needed for a bathroom vanity to be processed and prepared for shipment at our warehouse. Lead times for vanities vary based on different contributing factors. Generally speaking, most of our vanities have an estimated arrival time of between 3-4 weeks.
Tracking Your Package
Upon receiving a tracking number, we encourage you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that shippers may not “location-scan” all of their shipments in an effort to speed delivery. Packages are processed in bulk when shipping volume is high, and the first time a package may be scanned could be upon arrival at a regional center near the destination. Please do not be concerned if you do see any tracking data for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages are sometimes returned to us as undeliverable. When the freight carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable, we provide you with full store credit including shipping charges. We are not able to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Should you wish to repurchase a bathroom vanity that was previously undeliverable, please feel free to place a new order on DeluxeVanity.com.
Our freight carriers may consider a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
- Inaccurate Address. Should the shipping address be incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the freight carrier or the unintended recipient. When placing a new bathroom vanity order, please double-check your shipping address carefully. We do not ship to international locations or international APO or FPO addresses. Our freight carriers will not deliver bathroom vanities to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes).
- Other Address Problems. In certain cases, it is possible that the address label becomes illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the freight carrier mistakenly delivered the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our freight carriers make three attempts to deliver your bathroom vanity. Packages which contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is typically the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is necessary. Should the freight carrier believe it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be sent back to us.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your new vanity purchase, you may exchange the vanity within 14 days of receipt for store credit towards another vanity with DeluxeVanity.com Please ensure the returned item is new, unused, and resalable condition inside the original packaging.
Please note when making an exchange, although we send out your vanity with no shipping charges, actual round trip freight charges will be deducted from your store credit to return the item to us. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges information section for complete details. Additionally, there are restocking fees.
We are proud to offer an easy and flexible return and exchange policy by offering a 14-day unconditional guarantee. After you receive your order, if the vanity does not match the decor of your home, your taste, your colors, or just plain didn't meet your expectations, we will provide you store credit for any other vanity in our inventory.
Please note when making an exchange, actual round trip freight charges will be deducted from your store credit to return the item to us. Round trip freight charges include outgoing shipping charges on free delivery items. We cannot provide any reimbursement or credit for expedited freight or white glove delivery charges if such a service is selected. In order to properly exchange the vanity, we ask that the vanity be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, securely packaged inside its original packaging, as our freight companies will not pick up items that are not properly packaged. Lastly, there are restocking fees.
